The process steps are:

• Automatic die cutting cardboard box with scrap optimization. The program data is taken from the main P C control software  or from a preset batch;
• Tray preparation and if required insertion of the protective elements and instruction sheets;
• Inclusion of the product into the box with manual stations, automatic or robotic;
• Automatic closing of the box with Hot Melt glue or adhesive tape;
• Final robotic palletizing , implementation of lgv trolley  for automatic warehousing.
